Dellbach for Kids

KICKBOXING

For boys & girls ages 8 to 15

 


 

Kickboxing is a great workout for kids! Studies have showed it relieves stress, frustration and anger, plus burn off those unwanted pounds gained over the winter.

 

They will learn a variety of different movements

 including but not limited to:

Kicking:     *Roundhouse kick

                 *Front kick

                 *Side kick 

 

Punching:   *Jab 

                  *Jab Cross

                  *Upper Cut  

                  *Hook

 

After learning both different techniques, they will apply them together.
