At The Core

  • Personal Training

    Each training session is designed to engage both the body and mind: combining a variety of machine workouts with cardiovascular and resistance techniques. We create programs for individuals of every fitness level, blending free weights, cable work, and interval training, as well as kickboxing and plyometrics techniques.

  • Fitness Consultation

    Every six weeks we'll assess your progress and plan for future goals. Goals include: strength progression, weigh loss, training for a specific endurance event, and workout consistency.

  • Pilates

    This technique approaches the fitness of the body as a whole (mind and body), working to improve strength,mobility, and alignment.

    While pilates is influenced by t'ai chi and yoga, its focuses on the body's core strength. The core strength emanates from the muscles that lie from thepelvis into the rib cage and diaphragm. These muscles work to maintain posture and support the spinal column and pelvis. Pilates concentrated on the deeper core muscles and adds the challenge of weight as well asbalance.

    Pilates can been done by all ages and fitness levels through mat work, pilates machines or a combination of both.

  • Kickboxing

    For a total body conditioning, high impact, intense workout, Dellbach will incorporate a kick boxing regiment into your weekly training regime. In also offering highly specialized 1 on 1 kick boxing sessions we work on your core, stability, balance, endurance, flexibility, and power by bringing all aspects of fitness into your personalized kickboxing sessions.

    These private sessions are not only a proven way to shape, tone, and condition your body, they are an excellent way to relieve stress in a constructive and healthy way.

    Dellbach offers a safe and stable environment, as well as a knowledgeable staff to train you in proper body mechanics, technique, form, and how to get the most out of your workout and out of your body.

  • Massage

    A must for post-workout flexibility, recovery and restoration. massage employs deep pressure techniques to targeted muscle groups to warm up muscles prior to your workout and to flush out post-workout toxins. A half-hour session coupled with each workout will improve your fitness endurance and performance.

  • Stretching

    In offering a wide range of Personal Training related services, Dellbach applies all 4 principles of fitness within our philosophy and training programs.

    Understanding that flexibility is a central theme within fitness and muscular balance, we offer 30-60 minute stretch sessions. We utilize the most effective techniques to maximize your flexibility to improve your performance in life. By applying the Contract-Relax technique as well as Active-Assisted, Dynamic, and Static principles to your flexibility program, we improve your range of motion in just a short period of time.

    Being New Yorkers ourselves we understand that the stress retained in our muscles inhibit our performance and lead to postural complications later on in life. Dellbach offers a proven and healthy release for this muscular tension and rigidity with our 1-on-1 personalized stretch sessions, designed specifically for you.
